LED Illuminated Signs	Decker Supply has developed these signs to incorporate flat light technology with transparent reflective sheeting making it the lightest and thinnest illuminated signing on the market. At 1/5 the weight of it's competition it is perfect for span wire applications and adds minimal strain to mast arms. The signs were designed to provide an upgrade over existing aluminum signs while using the same mounting hardware for easy installation. Also, you can replace existing high maintenance illuminated signs to lower your labor costs. Ideal locations are busy signalized intersections, tourist areas, streetscape projects, and shopping districts.

Large Aluminum Extrustion	The Signfix aluminum extrusions are in aluminum alloy 6061-T6. Each of these extrusions can be attached to any standard sign structure sup- port through the use of the Signfix clamping hardware. The extrusions offer proper support of the sign blank for maximum reflectivity and can be attached to the sign blank without damaging the reflective sheeting. The Signfix Sign Hardware System is designed to meet AASHTO Standard Specifications for Highway Signs, Luminaries and Traffic Signs (1994).

Ultra-Lok® Banding Tool	Signfix is pleased to introduce the new Ultra-Lok® banding tool. The combination of an 18-volt drill and banding tool adapter creates the simplest method of installing stainless steel band and buckles. A sign installer inserts the band into the front of the banding tool adapter, pulls the trigger on the drill and the banding material is automatically tensioned to the proper tightness. Lift the lever on the adapter to cut the band and hammer the buckle down to complete the installation.

Ultra-Lok® Free-End Clamps	The Signfix Band Clamping System utilizes the Ultra-Lok® Free-End Clamps and the Ultra-Lok® Free-End Buckles. The Ultra-Lok® products are made from 3/4” wide, 1/4 hard, high-tensile type 201 stainless steel.

Regular Double Tee Cantilever Bracket	The cantilever bracket is riveted to regular double tee. The double tee is drilled with side holes to allow for easy attachment of signs. This configuration is designed for sign sizes not to exceed 30” in length.

Heavy-Duty Double Tee Cantilever Bracket	The cantilever bracket is bolted to heavy-duty double tee. The double tee is drilled with side holes to allow for easy attachment of signs. This configuration is designed for sign sizes not to exceed 54” in length.

Ribbed Heavy-Duty Double Tee Cantilever Bracket	The cantilever bracket is bolted to ribbed heavy-duty double tee. The ribbed heavy-duty double tee is drilled with side holes to allow for easy attachment of signs. This configuration is designed for sign sizes not to exceed 72” in length.

Universal Channel Clamp	The Universal Channel Clamp is designed to attach Signfix aluminum extrusion to a round post or pole. This stainless steel clamp attaches to the post or pole with 0.75” stainless steel band and buckle.

R.S.J. Clamp	The R.S.J. Clamp is designed to attach Signfix aluminum extrusion to a flanged post. This stainless steel clamp attaches to the post with a stainless steel bolt, nyloc nut and washer.

R.H.S. Clamp	The R.H.S. Clamp is designed to attach Signfix aluminum extrusion to a square post. This stainless steel clamp attaches around the post using two stainless steel bolts, nyloc nuts and washers.

Two Bolt "D" Clamp	The Two Bolt “D” Clamp is designed to attach Signfix aluminum extrusion to a round post. This stainless steel clamp attaches around the post using two stainless steel bolts, nyloc nuts and washers.

Wood Bolt	The Wood Bolt is designed to attach Signfix aluminum extrusion to a wood post. This threaded stainless steel stud and insert attaches to the wood post with a stainless steel nut.

Toggle Clamps	The Toggle Clamps are designed to attach Signfix extrusion to a square post. These toggle straps attach to the square post by attaching the free end of band to the buckle.

Twist-In Clamp	The Twist-In Clamp is designed to attach Signfix aluminum extrusion to a round post or pole. This stainless steel clamp attaches to the post with a single stainless steel bolt.

Back-to-Back Clips	The Back-to-Back Clips are designed to attach Signfix extrusion on one sign to Signfix extrusion on another sign. A Twist-in Clamp attaches the first sign to a round post, then the second sign attaches to the first sign with the Back-to-Back Clips.

Corner Plate	This plate is designed to connect horizontal and vertical extrusions to create the exterior corners of sign hardware kits.

Straight Angle Plate	This plate is designed to connect horizontal and vertical extrusions to create the interior corners of the sign hardware kits.
